A. Making a Consumer Request.
Consumers may make a verifiable Consumer request only twice within a 12-month period. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable Consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
B. Using an Authorized Agent.
You may designate another person to serve as your authorized agent and to act on your behalf to submit opt out requests. We may require the agent to submit proof to us that they have been authorized to make requests on your behalf.

We will endeavor to respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt of your request, but if we require more time (up to an additional forty-five (45) days) we will notify you of our need for additional time.
For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance (e.g. Microsoft Excel file and/or Adobe PDF file).

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable Consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Retention of Personal Information
We will store Consumer personal information in a form which permits us to identify Consumers, for as long as necessary for the purpose for which the personal information is processed. We may retain and use such personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically reasonably feasible to remove it.
